Good difference in resistance between the 3 bands. Includes a handy exercise guide and pouch.

Quality is good although there's a smell, so need to air a bit before using. I think works well for leg exercises compared to silicone bands as these are sturdy and do not twist. Green is less tension, followed by light pink and dark pink.
