    However , on our end , it is stated as pick locker. You may wish to cancel the arrangement and put up a new request on your end again for pickup arrangement

    Do note that the pickup order can be cancelled from your end and you have to put up a new pickup request.

    Hi, my tracking number QSP137392109 is missing. It said it was delivered on 1 Dec, 1pm. Can we have the proof of delivery???? On the time and date, there were people at home but no one received anything? Did the driver even attempt to knock on the door? or left it outside for it to be stolen? I find it ridiculous that it was not passed to anyone but it says delivered??
    Can you please find the parcel and call me pls.
