Q1. Which forwarder are you going to use? Also, are you going to ship out anywhere in the world?
A. We will use Japan Post and will provide you the track down no soon after dispatching your item.
Also, we will ship out your item where Japan Post can deliver.
(If Japan Post cannot deliver to your address due to out of service area,
we will let you know about it and your order will be cancelled.)
Q2 How long does it take to receive my item after placing an order?
A. About 5 to 15 business days. It depends on custom clearance process.
