Q1. I have ordered items via Singpost normal mail and I still have not received the items.

Please be informed that for normal mails, there is no tracking number for us to trace the status of your mail. Sometimes, it might take up to 4 weeks if there's delay at the Singpost side for normal mail. thus it's best to opt for registered postage for guaranteed fast delivery.

Q2. Can I order by telephone or e-mail?
