Dear customer, According to the company policy, we can only exchange items in two cases-when the item was delivered,
1. a wrong item 2. a defective item
The other case is when the customer just want to exchange for whatever reason. In this case you need to send your item and its waybill back to our Japan Outlet by yourself using air mail and pay extra delivery fee for exchanging item. If you are willing to do so please let us know. thanks - We do not recommend an exchange. The delivery fee is 25 SGD.
