When does import tax occurs?

The recipient is the importer of the order and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders shipped from oversea may be subject to pay import taxes. Custom duties and fee levied by the destination country.
In this case, recipient is responsible for all charges unless seller has stated clearly that import tax or custom duties are included in the price.

Customs policies vary depending on destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

How can I use discount coupon?

How to check orders placed in long time ago ?

Customers can searh old orders by setting date manually.
Only orders within 3months from search date on Recent orders page.
If you want to browse an order over 3months from search date, please seach the order by setting date manually.

How to search old orders :
My Qoo10 ▶ Click [My Orders] at Shopping List menu ▶ Go to [ Select Date] ▶ Set date range ▶ Click [Search]

What is ‘Shipping Request’?

When the payment has been completed successfully, you can see [On Request] status with your order.
However, when you see the [Shipping requesting] status, the order has not been placed completely and is still waiting for the verification of secure payment.

The reasons are as followings:

-The buyer’s name and the card holder’s name are different.
-The card information is incorrect.

You can also find the reason through pressing the [Reason For Awaiting] button.

The confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered, so please reply with following documents.

A receipt which shows that you have purchased with the same credit card
A copy of your identification card (confidential numbers are not required)

Please note that you can send the pictures of the files when you are not able to scan the original documents.
