⚫️We have used wild-caught Jeju sea snails and naturally harvested rock bladderwrack gathered by haenyeo divers from Udo Island as precious ingredients
⚫️Korean renowned chef, Jeong Ho-young, is the owner chef of Udon Kaden, which has been selected in the Michelin Guide. We have collaborated for several months with the goal of creating a convenient Udon meal that delivers an authentic taste experience.
📍Recipe Note📍
1. Soak the sea snail and rock bladderwrack mix in a bag of running water.
2. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the noodles and simmer over high heat for about 12-13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain the cooked udon noodles and transfer them to a serving bowl.
4. In the same pot, add the broth and bring it to a simmer. Let it simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes over medium heat.
5. Add the Jeju sea snail and Udo rock bladderwrack to the broth and boil together for about 1 minute.
6. Pour the finished broth over the noodles in the serving bowl.
