Operation Manual:
1. Connect the power supply and equipment, you can supply power for the controller. At this time, it is displayed as measuring temperature, press SET key once, display screen temperature flickers, press + - to set the required temperature (hold + - can quickly rise and fall) and then confirm return by SET after setting.
2. At this time, the controller automatically executes relay on and off according to setting. The output of the thermostat is 20A relay, which satisfies all kinds of high-power loads.
3. If the control circuit is well connected, the thermostat can be supplied with power. At this time, the display screen shows the ambient temperature.
Indicator Lamp, Digital Tube and Buzzer Status Description:
1. Indicator lamp: flicker indicates delay in starting refrigeration or heating, and constant light indicates that relay is closed.
2. Digital tube: display LL to open the circuit for the sensor, please connect the sensor according to the instructions; display HH to exceed the measurement range temperature controller will forcibly disconnect the relay; display - alarm for high temperature.
Parametric Function:
Long press SET for 5 seconds can enter the main menu settings, press +-switch P 0... P 6, long press SET or 10 seconds keyless action controller to automatically confirm return.
P0 Refrigeration and Heating Mode:
1. Long press SET 5 seconds to display P0, press SET once to set working mode, press + - switch (H is heating mode) (C is refrigeration mode), press SET once to return, press SET or 10 seconds to confirm automatically.
2. Refrigeration mode: when the temperature measurement value is greater than or equal to the temperature setting point, the refrigeration relay will suck in and the refrigeratory will start; when the temperature measurement value is less than the temperature setting point-backlash, the refrigeration relay will be disconnected and the refrigeratory will be off.
3. In heating mode: when the temperature measurement value is less than the temperature setting point, the heating relay will suck in and the heater will start; when the temperature measurement value is more than the temperature setting point + backlash, the heating relay will be disconnected and the heater will be off.
P1 Backlash Setting:
1. Long press SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press + - to switch to P 1, press once SET to set the backlash value, press + - to set the backlash value to 0.1-15, press once SET to return after completion, press SET or 10 seconds without button action controller to automatically confirm the completion.
2. In refrigeration mode, when the temperature measurement value is greater than or equal to the set value, the relay will suck in and the refrigerator will start; when the temperature measurement value is less than the set value-return difference, the relay will be disconnected and the refrigerator will be off. For example, the environment is 30℃, the setting value is 25℃, the backlash is set to 2℃, and the relay closes the refrigerator to start after power-on. When refrigeration reaches 23℃, the relay disconnects the refrigerator and closes. At this time, the temperature starts to rise because the refrigerator has been disconnected. When the temperature rises to the set value of 25℃, the relay closed cooler starts again, so that the temperature of repeated cycle control is not higher than 25℃.
3. In heating mode: when the temperature measurement value is less than the set value, the relay will suck in and the heater will start; when the temperature measurement value is more than the set value + the return difference, the relay will disconnect and the heater will close. For example, the environment is 10℃, the setting value is 25℃, the backlash is set to 2 ℃, and the relay closes the heater to start after power on. When heated to 27℃, the relay disconnects the heater and closes. At this time, the temperature begins to drop because the heater has been disconnected. When it drops to the set value of 25 ℃, the relay closes the heater and starts again, so that the repeated cycle control temperature is not less than 25℃.
P2 Maximum Temperature Setting Upper Limit:
1. In order to avoid the danger of excessive set temperature caused by other peoples misoperation, the temperature controller has the function of setting the maximum limit, which limits the setting range of the maximum temperature setting point controlled by the temperature controller.
2. Long Press SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press + - to switch to P 2, press once SET to set the maximum upper limit, press + - to set the maximum set temperature, the maximum value is 110, press once SET to return, press SET or 10 seconds to confirm automatically. For example: set to 60℃ temperature, the maximum setting point can only be set to 60℃. If the temperature setting point is to be higher and the temperature range is to be expanded, the setting value of the upper limit needs to be adjusted first.
The Lowest Temperature of P3 is Set as Follows:
1. In order to avoid ice jam caused by other peoples misoperation, the thermostat has the function of lowest setting upper and lower limits, which limits the setting range of the lowest temperature setting point controlled by the thermostat.
2. Long Press SET for 5 seconds to display P 0, press + - to switch to P 3, press once SET to set the lowest lower limit, press + - to set the lowest set temperature, the lowest value is - 50, press once SET to return, press SET or 10 seconds to confirm automatically. For example, if the setting point is set to 2℃, the lowest setting point can only be set to 2℃. If the temperature setting point is lower and the temperature range is widened, the setting value of the lower limit needs to be adjusted first.
P4 Temperature Correction:
1. When there is a deviation between the measured temperature and the standard temperature or because of the special needs of the users hardware, this function can be used to correct the temperature after correction = the pre-correction temperature + correction value effective range is -7.0-7.0.
2. Long Press SET 5 seconds to display P 0, press + - switch to P 4, press SET once to correct, press + - set the correction value, press SET once to return after completion, press SET or 10 seconds to confirm automatically. For example, the normal display is 25 degrees; when the temperature is corrected to 0, the display is 25 degrees; when the temperature is corrected to 1.5, the display is 26.5 degrees; and when the temperature is corrected to - 1.5, the display is 23.5 degrees.
P5 Delayed Startup Time (Unit: Minutes):
1. When the refrigeratory or heater has the need of delay, the delay function can be turned on to protect the life of the equipment.
2. Long Press SET for 5 seconds to display P0, press + - to switch to P5, press SET for one time to set delay start time unit in minutes, press + - to set 0-10 minutes, press SET for one time to return after completion, press SET or 10 seconds to confirm automatically.
3. Refrigeration mode: When the first power is on, if the current temperature is higher than the set value, the refrigeratory will not start immediately. It needs to start after the set delay time.
4. Heating mode: The first power-on, if the current temperature is less than the set value, the heater will not start heating immediately, need to run the set delay time to start.
5. When the shutdown time between two adjacent start-ups of refrigerators or heaters is greater than the set value of delay start-up time, the refrigeratory will start immediately.
6. When the shutdown time between two adjacent start-ups of refrigerators or heaters is less than the set value of delay start-up time, the device can start only after the set delay start-up time of refrigerators has been run. The delay time is calculated from the moment of shutdown.
7. For example, in the refrigeration state, the time delay is set to 5 minutes, after starting the refrigeratory, after 5 minutes, the refrigeratory is opened, when the required temperature is reached, the refrigeratory stops, and then the time is started. When the next time the refrigeratory start-up time is completed, it will work immediately. When the unfinished time is finished, the LED indicator flashes in the delay. Setting the delay start to 0 is equal to turning off the delay function.
Restore factory settings:
ecause of some man-made reasons, the internal settings of the thermostat are confused. It takes a lot of time to set one item. This function can be used to restore the factory settings at this time. The specific method is: in the shutdown state, press + and - buttons at the same time, then turn on, and all the above parameters are restored to the factory settings.
