1. Item is exchangable only if a wrong item has been sent. Non-exchangable if item is not in original condition. For eg; packaging damaged, broken, tag being removed etc.
2. Request to be made via email to:
charmingprincess.dh@gmail.com with a photograph of the item upon receiving. No exchange 7 days from date of delivery.
3. Buyer has to bear the return postage fee. Seller will mail out a replacement item upon receiving the previous item wrongly sent. Refundable if item has been sold out or buyer could request for another item of the same value.
4. Charming Princess undertakes the responsibility to ensure that all goods are in good condition before mailing out and will pre-inform customers of any items that are not in good condition/sold out but inventory not updated in Qoo10's system. Customers could then request for refund through Qoo10.sg.
